Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Referral Program Pros, hereinafter referred to as the "Agency," 

1. Services Provided: 1.1 The Agency agrees to provide the Client with lead generation services from LinkedIn, including but not limited to: - Optimizing the Client's LinkedIn profile for enhanced visibility and lead generation. - Developing a customized lead generation strategy tailored to the Client's target audience and objectives. - Conducting targeted outreach campaigns to potential leads on LinkedIn. - Engaging in personalized communication and follow-ups to nurture leads and facilitate conversions. - Providing regular progress reports and updates on the lead generation campaign.

2. Subscription Plan: 2.1 The Client agrees to subscribe to the specific service plan for a minimum of 3 months or as discussed with the Agency representative. 2.2 The Client acknowledges and agrees to pay the subscription fee associated with the selected plan on a recurring basis, as specified on the Agency's website or in the subscription confirmation.

3. Client Responsibilities: 3.1 The Client shall provide the necessary information and access required by the Agency to carry out the lead generation services effectively. 3.2 The Client agrees to promptly respond to any communication or request from the Agency that may be essential for the successful execution of the lead generation campaign.

4. Confidentiality: 4.1 The Agency acknowledges that during the provision of services, confidential information may be shared by the Client. 4.2 The Agency agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information disclosed by the Client and not to disclose it to any third party without the Client's prior written consent.

5. Ownership and Usage Rights: 5.1 The Client retains full ownership of all leads generated through the Agency's services. 5.2 The Agency shall not use the Client's leads for any purpose other than the agreed-upon lead generation services.

6. Termination: 6.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. 6.2 In the event of termination, the Client shall remain responsible for any outstanding fees or charges accrued up to the termination date.

7. Limitation of Liability: 7.1 The Agency's liability to the Client for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client to the Agency for the services provided under this Agreement. 7.2 The Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the provision of services or the use of the leads generated.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State. 8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Washington State.

By proceeding with the subscription, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood this Service Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
