Referral Program Pros provides outbound strategy, lead generation, and outreach execution services for B2B organizations. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services
Referral Program Pros provides professional services including outbound strategy, messaging development, campaign setup, list building, infrastructure configuration, outreach execution, and reporting.
Services are delivered on a best-efforts basis and are not outcome-based.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Referral Program Pros does not guarantee any specific number of leads, meetings, demos, conversions, revenue, or business outcomes.
Results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, offer quality, pricing, audience fit, timing, client responsiveness, and third-party platform policies.
3. Fees and Billing
Services may be billed in one of the following ways, depending on the engagement selected:

Month-to-month recurring billing

Fixed-term or paid-in-full engagements

One-time service purchases
Fees are charged in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Non-Refundable Services
All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Services are considered commenced upon initiation of any planning, strategy development, campaign setup, messaging creation, list building, infrastructure configuration, or outreach execution.
This applies to month-to-month, fixed-term, and paid-in-full engagements.
5. Cancellation
For month-to-month services, cancellation must be submitted in writing prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
Early termination does not entitle the client to refunds or prorated credits for services already paid.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to required assets, approvals, and information necessary to deliver services.
Delays caused by the client do not pause billing or extend service timelines unless agreed in writing.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered in accordance with these terms.
Any concerns must be raised directly with Referral Program Pros to allow for resolution in good faith.
8. Limitation of Liability
Referral Program Pros’ total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the applicable billing period.
Referral Program Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in King County, Washington.
10. Refund Policy
Referral Program Pros does not offer refunds for services rendered.
Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.
